1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tervia, including its official websites, multiplayer servers, game clients, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or playing Tervia, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Tervia is not intended for children under 13. Players must also meet any higher minimum age or parental-consent requirements applicable in their location.
If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian may need to review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts and Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.
- Provide accurate information when required.
- Do not share passwords or authentication tokens.
- Do not access another player's account without permission.
- Do not sell, transfer, or share accounts without authorization.
- Report suspected unauthorized access to Tervia support.
We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect players, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.
4. Community Rules
Tervia is a multiplayer environment. Players must treat others respectfully and follow applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Sexual exploitation or inappropriate conduct involving minors.
- Sharing another person's private information without consent.
- Impersonating Tervia staff or other players to deceive others.
- Scams, phishing, fraudulent trades, or account theft.
- Spam, malicious links, or disruptive communications.
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, duplicating items, or bypassing security.
- Unauthorized automation, bots, or modified clients that provide unfair advantages.
- Attempts to disrupt servers, overload services, or interfere with other players.
5. Worlds, Building, and Ownership
Tervia allows players to create, explore, build, and interact within shared multiplayer worlds.
World Locks, Small Locks, Large Locks, and other in-game protection systems may grant gameplay permissions over worlds or designated areas.
These protections are game mechanics and do not grant legal ownership of Tervia's servers, software, world data, or intellectual property.
Players must not bypass access controls, intentionally destroy protected builds through exploits, or abuse world permissions.
Tervia may restore, modify, restrict, or remove worlds and content when necessary for moderation, security, technical maintenance, or legal compliance.
6. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency
Tervia contains virtual items and currencies, including Gems, World Locks, Diamond Locks, blocks, seeds, cosmetics, and other gameplay items.
Virtual items and currencies exist solely within Tervia. They do not represent legal tender, cryptocurrency, or ownership of physical property.
Unless expressly authorized by Tervia, players may not sell virtual items, accounts, or currencies for real-world money or exchange them through unauthorized third-party markets.
Tervia may adjust gameplay balance, item availability, prices, and virtual economies as the game evolves.
Real-Money Purchases
Tervia may offer optional purchases of Gems or other virtual items using real-world money in the future. Such purchases are not currently available unless explicitly offered through an official Tervia purchasing system.
Purchased Gems are virtual in-game currency. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real-world money, and cannot be transferred directly between players.
Purchasing Gems does not grant ownership of the game's software, servers, or virtual items. Purchases provide a limited license to use the applicable virtual content within Tervia, subject to these Terms.
When real-money purchases become available, applicable prices, payment methods, taxes, and refund conditions will be disclosed before a purchase is completed.
Refunds and other consumer remedies will be provided where required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Unauthorized payment activity, fraudulent chargebacks, and payment-related abuse may result in account restrictions, subject to applicable law.
7. Trading and Vending Machines
Tervia may allow players to exchange eligible virtual items through supported trading systems and vending machines.
Players are responsible for reviewing trade contents before confirming transactions. Fraudulent trading, deception, duplication exploits, and attempts to bypass transaction safeguards are prohibited.
Gems cannot be transferred directly between players through the player-trading system. Supported trading currencies and mechanics are determined by the game's current rules.
We may investigate suspicious transactions and take proportionate action against exploit-generated or fraudulently obtained items.
8. Player Content
Players may create worlds, signs, profiles, chat messages, and other content within Tervia.
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights necessary to share it. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content.
By submitting content, you grant Tervia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the game.
This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Tervia.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
Authorized Tervia staff may investigate reports, review relevant game records, and enforce community rules.
Depending on the violation, enforcement may include warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, content removal, or other appropriate actions.
We may consider the severity of the conduct, available evidence, repeated violations, and risks to other players.

10. Game Availability and Early Access
Tervia may be offered as an Early Access, alpha, beta, or otherwise unfinished game. Features may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be removed during development.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free gameplay, or preservation of every feature or item indefinitely.
Maintenance, security incidents, and technical issues may occasionally affect game access.
11. Intellectual Property
Tervia's original game software, artwork, logos, names, designs, and other proprietary materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law.
Players receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and use Tervia for personal gameplay in accordance with these Terms.
This permission does not authorize unauthorized redistribution, commercial exploitation, or misuse of Tervia's intellectual property.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Players may stop using Tervia at any time and may request account deletion through support.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, fraudulent activity, or other lawful reasons.
Account termination may result in the loss of access to characters, inventory, currencies, progression, and worlds, subject to applicable legal rights.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tervia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or free from defects.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any additional liability limits should be reviewed for compliance with the laws applicable to Tervia's operator and players.
14. Changes to These Terms
Tervia may update these Terms as the game develops or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear on this page.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. Continued use after an updated version takes effect may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
